Rachel Drobnak
Rachel Drobnak graduated in 2023! She is pursuing a Master's Degree this Fall. She was an Undergraduate Research Assistant and in my lab and studied Crop & Soil Science at Michigan State University. She investigated the environmental, social, and economic inequities in the commodity chain of quinoa as a case study to better manage future underutilized-species’ globalization. Rachel is interested in extension, equitable food systems, cover crops, soil health, and management practices for regenerative agriculture. In her free time, she enjoys reading, weeding, and eating!
